use this method to load the book:

Go to Options, Advanced, Service Book...

hold ALT and press S, B, E, B Load the books with desktop manager

For the storm service books

Turn phone sideways

hold !?123 untill it locks

Then type 4?2?

then the phone will say

service books restore
