I FIGURED IT OUT!!!

I just did a vx9800 V, which has the same MMS configuration settings as the vx8550.

The settings are as follows:

Server Name: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
MMS UAProf URL in User Agent: /servlets/mms
MMS Sending From Field Type: MDN Only
MMSC Servder Post URL: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
MMSC Server Post CGI: ?message-id= (leave this as the default settings)

I used the vx9800 .DLL file.
